By downloading, installing, or using MakerSeal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
MakerSeal is a video watermarking app that adds scrolling text watermarks and logo overlays to your videos. All processing happens on your device.
MakerSeal offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You retain all rights to the videos and images you process with MakerSeal. We do not claim any ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you process with the app.
You agree not to use MakerSeal to:
MakerSeal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge Accel LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MakerSeal.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
